Shipping Policy
How and when your order leaves our kitchen, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.
Processing Time
Every order is prepared in small batches after you place it. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. During holiday season and large promotions, processing may take an extra day, and we post a notice on the site when that happens.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You see the exact cost before you pay, with no handling fees added on top.
- Rates are set by the carrier and depend on weight and destination.
- Glass items are heavier, so larger orders of kremas or konfiti cost more to ship.
- Combining items into one order is almost always cheaper than placing separate orders.
- Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery runs 3 to 5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within a week of being placed. Delivery time is an estimate from the carrier and is not guaranteed.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. If tracking has not moved for more than three business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Glass, Heat & Packing
Kremas, konfiti and manba ship in glass. Every bottle and jar is wrapped and cushioned, and cartons are marked fragile.
In very hot or very cold weather, cream-based products can be affected in transit. If you are ordering during an extreme weather period, choose the fastest shipping available and try to have someone bring the box inside on delivery day.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the outer box and the affected items. We will send a replacement or refund that item, your choice.
If tracking shows delivered but the package is not there, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 7 days and we will file a claim with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not able to redirect a package once it is with the carrier. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you cover the new shipping cost.
